Florida, publix brought a claim against me for an incident that occured on may 2nd and they haven't specified the claim against me, my question is, What is the statute of limitations for filing a claim for loss or theft. the incident was documented on May 2nd 2003 and i recieved a letter demanding payment dated november 14, 2003.
