What is the name of your state? Florida

My husband was arrested and extradited to Florida on a porn computer crime. They have some solid evidence on him. But part of that "evidence" was my husband cyber-bragging. Obviously, they won't find any evidence on the stuff that he bragged about. But can the stuff that he bragged about be held against him during a plea-bargain? (He plans to plead to a lesser charge if possible) Or does it become null-and-void if no evidence can be produced to substantiate the bragging?
