State is Louisiana.

My girlfriend recently got a ticket for expired inspection sticker and no insurance, and the officer got the following things incorrect on her ticket:

Wrong Address (Numericals... 37457 as opposed to 34547)
Wrong name (Put her middle name as last name)
Wrong birthdate (9/1/83 as opposed to 9/4/83)
and wrong car year (1998 as opposed to 1988)

Would this be reasonable grounds for getting this ticket dismissed? If so, how should she go about it?

Thanks in advance.

Wrong Address (Numericals... 37457 as opposed to 34547): No. Address is not a critical element (unless they need to arrest her).

Wrong name (Put her middle name as last name): No, as long as the DL number (to identify) is correct. Lots of persons have aka's.

Wrong birthdate (9/1/83 as opposed to 9/4/83): No. Again, not critical.

Wrong car year (1998 as opposed to 1988): No. As long as license plate is correct for identification purposes). Officers are not required to be automobile experts.
