What is the name of your state? DE
My girlfriend moved in with me a few months ago. Well, things don`t seem to be working out between the two of us and I asked her to leave. She said no, she has no other place to go. She does work but pays nothing to live here. How do I get her to leave my home, which I own, if things can`t be worked out between the two of us?

**A: while eating beans, read the DE L/T law. You are a landlord and she a tenant.
