my friend and i were in a parking lot talking when a cop pulled up. we were charged with under-age possession because he had a case of beer in the backseat. he was driving and neither of us got a sobriety test and we are both 19.
- what do i plead in court?
- will i get fined? if so how much?
- will it ever come off my record?
