What is the name of your state? Pa. i cnt spell it
last night me and my buddy got pulled over for not haveing his head lights on. he was driveing and got breath tested and arrested and all that. well i was gonna drive his car to the house and the cop tested me too. i blew a .014. is there a way out of this? i no the law here is .02 for minors. i cnt see hw i cn get arrested for that.

The law for minors is .00. It is illegal for minors to be drinking AT ALL.

There are minimum reliable levels on breath tests which is why it's pegged at 0.02. However, if your buddy had any other evidence of having drunk (alcohol on breath, possession of the container) or he admitted to having drunk, they can convicted him in spite of the breath test.
