Underage Possession of Alcohol in Federal and State Jurisdictions

I am the brother of the other post under this name. I live in Virginia and have already got an underage possession of alcohol citation. I plead guilty and received a year probation and alcohol classes. It has been six months since this incident, and I have just gotten another underage possession citation. Only this one was in a federal park. I wanted to know if the federal ticket affects the state probation and what if any options that I have. thanks.
