What is the name of your state? ohio

I received five weeks of unemployment compensation while newly employed. I was notified today by phone to confirm my employer information. The Ohio general information website says that I will have to repay the amount, in addition to possible penalities and/or prosecution. What are the chances of being able to repay the amount, without having to go to court? What is the name of your state?

I'm in the same boat. Except I made the mistake only on one week. But I am now having to get unemployment again in the same year as my approved year. What happen in your case? I see no one responded...

OP is LONG gone - start your own thread. But, first, try CALLING AND ASKING - the agency in question would know better than us!
