IRS & UC Fraud???

I was recently a witness at a Master Hearing for a relative. The Defendent, my relative admitted at this hearing to collecting unemployment while being employed "under the table". This was a hearing for something totally unrelated. My question is, will the Master report this fraud? Will my relative face investigation (along w/ the employer that was paying "under the table") and possible fines and prison?
