What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tn.is it vadalism when a fence has been up for 20 or more years and no one has disbuted about it.you have always maintained your side .now you have picked up broken branches from both sides made abrush pile on your side.not knowing out of entire fence line a small section on your side was surveyed to be his,but you have always taken care of it can you be charged with vandalism.are you not supposed to take care of your side.
