Video Tapped Vandalism NOT GUILTY.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

I was arrested for vandalism AND disorderly a couple months back. I DID NOT DO THE CRIME.. My "friend" did, then sang a song saying I did it. Video evidence proves I did not, which was sent to me by the states attorney. Do I still need a lawyer for my pending case? Seems pretty open and shut to me. I've never been in trouble so this is pretty new to me.. If anyone knows about legal proceedings I would greatly appreciate it. P.S. I am no longer who blamed it on me.
