louisiana- a friend of mine has 4 years probation of felony assult and battery charges, last year he changed his address and told his p.o. now he has two warrents for his arrest for not being supenad to go to court but they were never sent to his house now. is there a way to fight this or is it possible to lighten his four years to something shorter like boot camp? please help with this if you can.
