I was picked up in a sweep and I was just released from prison on september 9, 2000 my charge was originally on burglary with no drugs. I would like to know if they will automatically give me all of my original sentence or will I be able to go back to being on parole and what are the steps I should take

O.K. LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT YOU ARE ON PAROLE. AND YOU GOT ARRESTED AND THEY LET YOU OUT ON BOND OR SOMETHING. SO NOW YOU HAVE TO GO TO COURT ON THIS NEW CHARGE? PLEASE EXPLAIN MORE CLEARLY.
