Can anyone tell me what the penalty is for driving on a restricted license for non-business purposes? I got in the car with a friend and realized he was too intoxicated to drive so rather than let him continue, I drove the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was stopped for going 9 miles over the speed limit. I am due to get off probation this month for a DUI (first DUI and I completed all my requirements). I was given a ticket for the speeding and violation of FL Statute 322.16. Any help would be appreciated.
