What is the name of your state? Virginia

I had a speeding ticket for a 90/65 which in virginia is reckless driving, a class 1 misd. I received a guilty conviction July 3rd of last year. I was given a $255 fine, 90 days suspended license (restricted), and 10 days in Jail all of which was suspended for a 1 year probation. I also wanted to add that I wasn't even notified of having violated the suspended sentence until after my 1 year probation had been up (July 3rd, 2004) I didn't receive any notice until July 12th, 2004.

December of that year I received another speeding ticket (not reckless). I'm currently working 2 jobs and want to know what the likelyhood would be of me being able to get the probation extended or allowing to serve whatever sentence they give me on my days off of work so I don't lose my job.
