, ,What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois If i have a warrent in illinois for missing a failure to appear what is the statute of limitations on that warrent and when will it be safe to return?

Let's put it this way, don't ever plan on returning to Illinois. Warrants do not have a statatory limit.
