I live in MI. My daughter, her fiance' and baby live in KY. She receives harrassing cell phone calls 24 hours a day from a woman (she lives across the river in Ohio) the fiance' had a few dates with before he and my daughter met. This woman has restraining orders against her, but that doesn't stop her from using the phone. They have had their phone numbers changed and some how she gets them. She broke into my daughter's "My Space" account and sent horrible emails to one of my daughter's friends. Are there any laws about harrassing phone calls?? or concerning hacking into a private internet account??
