What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? California.

19 years ago I was convicted for felony welfare fraud. I paid every cent back and completed a weekend jail sentence as well as community service. I was told that I could write a letter to the superior court judge once I completed full restitution and request that the felony be expunged. I complied by sending the letter but moved out of state shortly after and I never received a response.

How do I go about requesting the expungement now? Thank you.
