What is the name of your state? Washington
A close friend of mine's wife (they will soon be divorced) was just arrested for 2nd Degree theft. She was a manager at a store and stole some money along with a co-worker. What is 2nd Degree theft? I have looked everywhere for it. And my friend is from another country. Could this affect his greencard? :confused:
Will she face any jail time or just fines?

most likely if this person is alias she will just be sent back to her country! good enough we have enough thiefs over here!! :(
