What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania i was wondering what kind of charges could be pressed on a person who, forcibly pulled another person down to the floor and while holding them down forcibly stuck their toung in this other persons mouth, the cops seem to think no charges can be pressed, but i just cant believe that.....it doesnt seem right???? please help
