Ok the situation is in April I was arrested for retail theft , and again in sep or october of that same year(2006). We all make mistakes , I know definetly one of these offenses was a misdemeanor and i believe the other was a summary. How does this impact my field of study ( nursing) . This is the only thing on my record at all. can I expunge these ? Thank you in advance for your help
