What is the name of your state? Georgia

I commited a crime.
The statutes of limitations ends in 2010
The cops have my fingerprints

In 2011(After statute of limitations) if I enlist in the military and they run my prints will my fingerprints still be on file. Also if my prints are still on file will that be enough for me to be rejected from the army.

Yes. Absent a court order otherwise.. once in 'the system' they will stay there.

Depends entirely on the crime.... and the military's acceptance of it.
