hi my name is phil and i am homeless i am using the computer from the libary well i receved a citation for consumption of alchol i do not live with my dad my question is what will happen if i appear in court for my citation but my dad will not show up? my dad is not legal in this country neither am i what is the best thing to do? plz reply thank you!!

another thing everytime i go to court i see a probation oficer and not a judge i always get convicted with out any evidence is that illegal? i am not on probation! but i always get to see a probation officer!? why is it that i dont get to see a judge

Your a homless illegal and you get to see a PO instead of a guard, and you're complaining?
