i have this ticket for consumption of alchol i have to go to family court on the 17 of march but my dad will not go and besides that i am homeless by the way i am 16 now here is my question i want to go to court but my dad wil not go what will happen if i appear but my dad will not? will i get arrested right away? what will happen? plz reply thx!
