I have a pretty good case, I think. After being arrested, I blew only .062 on the breathalyzer. (In Ohio, the limit is .10). They still chargedd me with OMVI, though. I have a great case for how the officer failed in administering 2 of the 3 field tests, but I need more info on the best methods for attacking the HGN test, which I supposedly failed. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
