My probation officer is holding up the process so I can move to Texas from CO with my family. I filed all the necessary paperwork on 9/27 and still do not have an answer. I am now very desparate as my husband and 9 mos. old son is leaving on 11/24. Further, despite my PO's giving me a temporary travel permit to buy a home in TX, now she will not grant me one until I TX approves my move. TX will not approve my move until I am physically in the state. I am in a horrible catch 22. Please help this anxious Mom.

Thank you

I am very sorry for yu, it seems parole officers have all the rights in the world and they are not accountable to anyone. it is enough to drive you nuts I do not have advice for you, I just wanted you to know that you are not the only one who is dealing with parole officers who are just downright mean. I wish you Bright blessings.
