Will they bring this up in court?!

Does this have any effect on my charge?

I was pulled over in Florida and my car was searched. The cops found a marijuana pipe and marijuana in it. When the cops came back and searched me, they found my fake I.D. They then told me to destroy it in front of them and they did not charge me with the fake I.D., but they did charge me with misdemeanor possession of marijuana. Will they or can they bring up the fake I.D. in court?

If it is somehow relevant, they can. But I doubt they will want to testify they gave you a break and let you tear up instead of charging you.
