I had to submit a background check for nursing license? I had 2 worthless checks from 1988 that the papers was not served to me. I move from the town in 1997 in which I had previous papers filed and was served. I need to clear up this matter to preceed with my career. My question to you Is there a SOL on this and if not what can I do
