I, about a month ago lost my truck to a thief. My wife and I are now being wrongfully accused of stealing or getting the vehicle stolen. I believe that the insurance company that I deal with is trying to get out of paying the claim. What I want to know is there any recourse that I can have against our wonderful justice system-such as maybe sueing them for harassment? I know that they have there little ways of interrigation but I think that they went a little too far especially when we did not do it!!! What do you all think?
