Can i charge a viewer fee for downloading a (stolen home made )video from my website? I have no idea of the age of one of the participants. But he looks pretty young.

What is the law?

Or could i by-pass this by offering a charge to become a member, in-which they will recieve a viewer pass to watch the video.

IF you are posting home made vid's w/young people and you don't know how old they are - YOU ARE NUTS. You can be charged with being a pedophile, SERIOUS CHARGES.
