2 different addresses/ applying for passport

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA & MD

I currently live and work in Maryland. My DL says PA because I moved from there last year. My ex and I own a car together, which still has payments due. The address for the car, the insurance, and my DL are all his house (in PA). I lost (legally, not physically) my liscense last year so I haven't changed the address on it because I am waiting to get it back.

I appplied for a passport using the PA address since that is what I have info for. But my work address on my paystubs is MD. Will having 2 different addresses affect my passport application? Is it ok that I have 2 different addresses?

Sorry if its confusing and I left anything out.

Thank you.

The passport app doesn't care where you live, just where you want your mail sent to.
