Benefits

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio. My husband was arrested last Sept. and has been in jail for almost a year now. He was just sentenced this past aug to six more years. I'm currently on disability from work making only 60% which isn't enough to support me and our son who is 6. My question is are there any benefits for my son and I?
