What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WI
We are part of a Booster Club for a Cheer gym in WI, the Booster club board members resigned in December, and nobody stepped up to the plate until today to take over the positions, now the 3 board members are saying they are going to fulfill their duties as board members, but we will not be doing any other fundraisers from here on out until May. The way they are trying to pay out the money in the account is against the law. Is there anything we as members of the booster club that we paid to be in can do to petition to get them off the board and let the people that want to keep it going get onto the board?
