Ethics

What is the name of your state? Mn

I've sent a complaint against a lawyer in my state to the LPR(lawyer professional responsibility) in oct 2007 because the lawyer was Unethical and Dishonest. The lawyer provided prepaid legal services, and Didn't want to help me with Serious legal problems I had. They didn't provide me with a referal when they knew they couldn't assist me with legal problems outside their practice, and they Lied to me about the legal problems I had within their practice as well. They Flat out lied to me and said there is nothing to be done, I got Proof that my problems had merit. The lawyer has done this numerous of times, and I also reported the lawyer to the prepaid service and they didn't do anything about the lawyer. I know prepaid legal can't handle ethics complaints, I just wanted them to know what type of lawyer they have providing service for them. So I sent the complaint to LPR, and the first reply from them they told me that they aren't going to investigate. I appealed the complaint, and then the second time they sent my complaint to the director's board office in nov2007.

Here's the MESSED up part, I DIDN'T get a reply from the director's office until may27, 2008....6 DAMN months later..NOW something is DEFINATELY WRONG HERE, since it took "6 months" for a reply from the director's office. Either the director is trying to cover for the lawyer by throwing me off. The director wrote and told me to take it up with prepaid legal.

I had in my first complaint and in the appeal that I told prepaid legal about the problem before I sent the complaint to them the LPR, and I explained everything in detail, and with Proof about how the lawyer was Unethical and Dishonest. Please Note the LPR handles complaints like this All the time, and take action.
I believe favoritism is going on here, or something..what ever it is it's WRONG on the LPR's director's part.

So my question is..have the lawyer, LPR and or the director's office violated any rights here?
What type of action can I take against the lawyer, LPR, and the director's office?

Any help would be Appreciated. Thank You
