What is the name of your state (new jersey)

My family (Mi, my spouse and four children-3, 8,11 and 13 years old) migrated from Republic of Georgia as Green Card holders in July 2010. I got a job in January 2011 and my monthly salary is $1500.00. We are renting an apartment for $1100.00+utilities. Children are secured with a health insurance and food stamps. Are there any Government Programs to support low income families we might qualify for. Please respond. Thanks. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
