Question

"Illegal dumping"

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NJ
I was taking papers. brush and cans to town recycling center. As I pulled up, I took out a small bag of newsparers to reach brush in back of truck. I then looked around, and realized center was closed due to a holiday. I backed out, returning with my trash, but inadvertantly left the bag of nespapers behind . I didn't even realize it, until 2 days later, an officer appeared at my door, issuing me a ticket for "illegal dumping", since my mailing address was on one of the local newspapers. He issued me a tickey, saying "it"s easy, just a minimum fine, no court apperance" I went to pay the ticket, and was told it was indeed a court appearance. I go tomorrow. Any suggestions? There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
