I wasn't sure where to ask this question. I was wondering what the law was about getting a license plate in GA. I know someone that just moved there and needs to know what all is needed to change her license plate. Thanks for your help!

Every single time I've moved to a new state, I called their Department of Motor Vehicles.

It's not a LEGAL issue, is it??
