What arguments could be used to obtain a injunction against the governments enforcement of this new LEAD PAINT LAW?
Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule | Lead in Paint, Dust, and Soil | US EPA
basically, if I want to paint my vacant apartment this year then I have to pay a $300 fee and get certified for actions and practices that did not require this last year.
The new regulations will cost 5 to 10 times more than previously, is what I am told.

the only one I can think of is maintaining ingestion of lead isn't harmful. Of course they will require you to provide evidence of that. Got any?
