What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

For the state of Arizona. In regards to the document filed for a Notice of Pending Forfeiture. When it states the "Persons known to have an interest". And there is only one said person listed on the document. Does this mean that they are the only one? Or, could there also be other interested parties, that are notified separately?
