Hi,

I am a member of an Indian tribe which dispersed money from a settlement with the US government. This was administered by the Bureau of Indian Affairs. This sum of money is considerable and Myself and my brother and sister was denied. We were denied because they said we were not US citizens despite our US passports. Is there anyway to reverse this decision? They say this decision is final.

Thanks!
