What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? oklahoma. my spouse is claiming ssn benifits from her late husband, and has been since we got married. I'm going to be getting a divorce, I want to know if the govt will come after me. I never filed taxes with her.

What she's probably receiving are death benefits. Why would you think that the government would come after you? You have nothing to do with her late husband's death benefits. :confused:
