I am drawing unemployment in Florida ... I was sent a letter stating I was eligible for compensation of $275 a week up 'til $5500. I received 4 weeks pay at 275 and was just told because it is a new quarter they reviewed my case and I have another waiting week that I have to forego, as well as my benefits drop to $87 a week, because I did not pay any funds into the account in the first quarter. Is this legal ... I have never heard of anything like this before?

There should be a telephone number listed on the letter for you to call to get the answers to your questions. Commentator might have more suggestions.
