You can't "disclaim" product liability. What you are proposing is impossible.
Frankly, once the warehouse sells the lights (with OR without your permission), you
can be held liable for any accidents involving them. (Doesn't mean you'll be found guilty, but you can bet your last dollar your company will be named as a defendant in any lawsuit).
Personally, I'd advise either destroying the product and taking the write off, or else getting a new insurance policy which covers the lapse since the old policy expired. Anything else potentially leaves you open to an uninsured lawsuit.
