Attorney Needed Can't find correct type?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

My wife and I are seeking an attorney that will help us with a civil suit against the school board and related parties. Our daughter was repeatedly raped in school and outside of school by one of her instructors. The instructor is currently in jail awaiting sentencing. We are not sure exactly what ype of attorney is best suited for this and we'd like some help please. We are looking to retain an attorney that will aggressively work on our behalf.
Thank you,
Steve
