Bad Bowler

What is the name of your state? IL
If you slip and fall by stepping past the foul line at a public bowling alley, is that business' insurance liable for your medical bills?

Is this a new year's joke?

The answer is no. The business does not assume risk for your not being able to stand on your own two feet unless the ball boy was standing just inside the foul line with his foot outstretch and you were required to wear a mask while bowling.
