Bad design of my company vehicle makes it unsafe for me to drive

I have had a company van for 6 months now and it is very painful to drive.
I am six feet 2 inches tall.

Seat does not go far back enough,
Seat needs to be 4 inches longer and 8 inches higher to support underneath my knee,
peddles are too close together so with work boots on it's hard to hit the desired peddle,
accellarator peddle is too soft and with no foot rest to the side, this makes it hard to maintain steady speed on long journeys.

I get pain under my knees and pain on my shin (due to 'floating' my foot above the peddle to keep steady speed)

Do I have any rights here??

I have complained but they won't listen. I often speed now to rest my foot on the floor. I need to fix the problem because a judge might laugh at me!!

Im glad someone can point me in the right direction. And thanks for taking it easy on me. As you can tell, I've been emailing for the last ten years but that is it!!! Not sure how to do the rest. Googled free law advice and was sent here, didn't know I was in America.

I wasn't impressed that people here laughed at me, like my boss. Guess some people just accept bad design and welcome it in their life.
