breathalyzer vending machine

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NC

Would like your opinion of liablility if place breathalyzer vending machines in bars.

Why would there be any liability? The ones I have seen in my state have a big warning sticker that says if you are stupid enough to drink and drive you deserve what you get if you are caught. They also state that the machine is for entertainment purposes only and is not to be used to determine if a user should drive. Taxi companies like them, there is always a bunch of stickers for the companies on the wall next to the machines.
