Can I try a lawsuit in Mexico for an Accident? What is the name of your state? Washington I recently got into a very bad ATV tour accident in Mexico. My bf signed some form (I guess for liability purpose), but I never signed one. So not sure if his signature covers both. Never got a copy of it. My leg got sliced a foot long, nearly down to the bone, hence very costly medical bills and trauma. What are the chances of suing this ATV Tour company, although this is in Mexico? I have pictures of my wound, the big ditch in the road that took up 75% of the road, medical bills etc. |

| unless the company has ties to the U.S. you will be stuck with trying to sue in Mexico. Not a profitably venture since you are so far away and you don't even know if the company is insured. Finally, why do you think the ATV tour company is at fault?
