Child fell at pizza place, injured no first aid kit

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Florida

Is it required by any law to have an establishment/company carry a first aid kit for any minor injuries?

My son fell at a children's pizza place and cut his cheek by his nose and I asked if they had a first aid kit there and they said no, all they had was a band aid. My son ended up at the urgent care with the glue adhesive instead of stitches.
What if some child was more seriously injured and had to wait for the paramedics, then what???? No gauze or any type of first aid is available. Isn't there a responsiblity to the company for this? Especially where your clients are children.

I carry a small first aid kit with me at all times because I want to be prepared should I or my children be hurt. I am far more responsbile for my kids than any other person.

You can't really expect other people to perform first aid on your children. We live in a society in which people will try to make a buck any way they can...

My response:

Florida is one of the many States that doesn't have an OSHA Plan; e.g., a requirement that restaurants have an emergency kit on the premises. Isn't it nice to know? All that needs to be done is Petition your Governor, you know him - - Dufus Jeb! Maybe you can complain to his stupid brother, too.

Would have to be old Jeb to it first and he's got a direct line.

My response:

I wonder how Jeb feels knowing that his brother is very much like Richard M. Nixon?

And, who names their son "Jeb"? Yes, I know it's a shortened version, but c'mon!

AS IF they would even acknowledge that George W. is anything like Nixon

and...

The woman who is upset over the fact that there was a natural disaster in the state next to hers and 'they' invaded her space.
