claim?

What is the name of your state? New Jersey

I was visiting my brother at his job site; he is a subcontractor for a larger company. I was injured when I opened the door of a (tractor) trailer - it is/was spring loaded. It hit me in the face. I now have abcessed teeth, fillings falling out, headaches every day and pain in my faceplate.

I had no business opening up the trailer door. My brother tells me some trailer doors are spring loaded and some aren't.

Do I have any options for them to pay medical expenses?

In order to have a valid claim against them, you would have to be able to show that your injuries were somehow due to THEIR negligence or malice. How do you plan on doing that???

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Sue your brother afterall he was the one you were visiting no even better, SUE YOUR HAND!! If it wasn't for your hand you wouldn't have opened the door.
